A watercolour/dry brush painting of a fall scene at Booster Lake in Nopiming Park, Manitoba, Canada. It is 31 x 41 cm (12 x 16 in) in size, and painted on Arches Watercolour Block 140 LB Cold Pressed. This painting was sketched out three years ago, but due to work taking my energy I did not get to it. Now I have managed to get back to painting it is my first finished painted since going back to full time non-art work.

It is a companion to an earlier painting of mine "Jackfish Bay - Booster Lake" which is posted on my website.

Wow, it's a marvelous landscape painting, you do that with
watercolor like a master, I know how it's a hard medium to paint.
You make us dream like we are with you in this landscape.

Thank you Daniel, that painting sat for a long time, and once I completed it, that was the one that got me back painting, and back on dA as well. Watercolour is in my opinion the hardest paint medium to master, and it's like working without a net, if you fall, you die.

I really appreciate your kind words and all of the :+fav:'s of my work. :D

Thank you (and thanks for the fav of it), I am very fortunate to live in a beautiful country with lots of wonderfully inspirational spots to visit. You can actually see a picture of me when I traveled back to that spot this year [link]
